1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the App, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the App or otherwise when you contact us.

The personal information we collect may include the following:

• Name and Contact Data: Name, email address, phone number.
• Credentials: Passwords and similar security information used for authentication and account access.
• Payment Data: We collect only the data necessary to verify payment success. Your full credit or debit card information is never stored on our servers. All sensitive payment details are handled exclusively by Stripe. Stripe is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider, the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
• Location Data: We request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our App, to provide location-based services matching you with washers and calculating ETAs. You can change your preferences in your device settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our App for a variety of business purposes described below:

• To facilitate account creation and logon process securely.
• To fulfill and manage your orders and washing services directly to your location.
• To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user using your location information.
• To send administrative information to you, such as changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
• To respond to user inquiries and offer support to users.

3. Background Location (For Washers/Providers)

If you use our App as a service provider (a "Washer"), we collect background location data even when the app is closed or not in use. This is strictly necessary to assign tasks efficiently based on proximity, to track arrival times for the customer's peace of mind, and to ensure security. The tracking is active only when you choose to go "Online" in the app.

4. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

• Business Partners: We may share your location and contact information with assigned Washers to fulfill the car wash service.
• Third-Party Vendors: We may share data with vendors that perform services for us (payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services).

5. Data Retention

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Users can request account deletion (and data purging) directly from within the application's settings menu.

6. Account Deletion

Users have full control over their account data. You can delete your account and all associated personal data from our systems completely by navigating to the "Profile" or "Settings" section of the App and selecting "Delete Account". All linked user data, payment traces, and previous order histories attached to that user will be removed or anonymized.

7. Minors

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the App.
