Welcome to My Carwash App. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application and the car wash services provided by us or our independent providers.

1. Description of Service

My Carwash App provides a platform that connects customers with professional car washers ("Washers") for vehicle cleaning and detailing services at the location provided by the customer.

2. Customer Responsibilities

By scheduling a service, you agree to:

• Provide a safe location for the car wash.
• Ensure access to the vehicle at the agreed time.
• Ensure the vehicle is in a condition that allows for the requested service.
• Inform about any pre-existing damage or fragility in the vehicle before starting the service.

3. Payments and Cancelations

Payments are processed through Stripe. By registering a card, you authorize the charge for services performed.

• Cancelations: Cancelations made with less than 2 hours' notice may be subject to a minimum service fee.
• Refunds: If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours for our support team to evaluate the case.

4. Liability and Damages

While we take all necessary precautions, My Carwash App and its Washers are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing visible or non-visible damages.
• Personal items left inside the vehicle.
• Damages resulting from poor paint condition, uninformed glass cracks, or factory defects.

5. App Usage

You agree to use the application lawfully and not to attempt to manipulate the platform's payment or location systems.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
